We recommend FastComet. They’re reliable, offer excellent support, and provide great value for money. Their support team is quick to respond, which makes a huge difference if you ever run into issues.
We don’t recommend using hosted emails that come bundled with your web hosting. They’re often unreliable and can cause deliverability problems. Instead, it’s best to use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — both give you professional, reliable email and sync across all your devices.

This option keeps your email separate from your website hosting, which means if your website goes down, your emails will still work.
Start by checking:
Is your domain registration current?
Is your hosting active?
If both are fine, log a support ticket with your hosting provider. This is one of the reasons we recommend FastComet — their support is excellent, and they can usually fix things quickly.

Sometimes this happens after a plugin or theme update, or due to other technical issues. Your first step is to log a ticket with your hosting provider and explain the situation — they can often resolve it for you.

This usually points to your domain name registration expiring. Double-check that your domain is still registered and up to date. Renew it if needed, and this should get things running again.
